Day trip: Shanghai water towns. A guided tour of Zhujiajiao, China’s “Venice of the East,” and Suzhou, two of Shanghai’s six water towns. Meander through the streets over decorative stone bridges while seeing traditional whitewashed houses of the Ming and Qing Dynasty style and a variety of small craft shops.
